- “Slachtinfo” portal
Slaughter data can be accessed using our (external) portal. We use your name, address and city data, telephone number and e-mail address and unique farm number (UBN). This personal data has been processed because you use our services and/or you have provided us with your personal data yourself.

The e-mail of Interporc BV is hosted by Lumiat. If you contact us by e-mail or using the contact form, the relevant e-mails will be stored on the Lumiat server. The website and back-ups of the website are hosted by Lumiat. We have concluded a processor agreement with Lumiat.
Our (external) “Slachtinfo” portal is hosted by Bright Software. This portal and back-ups of the portal are hosted by Bright Software. We have concluded a processor agreement with Bright Software.
Personal data is stored for a longer period by Interporc BV, but never longer than is necessary to make use of our services, unless we are legally obliged to store your personal data for longer.
When you contact us by e-mail or using the contact form on this website, the personal data you send, for example your name, phone number or e-mail address will be stored on the e-mail server. These e-mails are stored for up to a maximum of two years.
- Sending newsletters
Your name and e-mail address will be stored in our Content Management System. This personal data is stored for an indefinite period of time. You can object to receiving our newsletters at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
- Web statistics
The personal data that our Content Management System collects on this website is anonymous, so it can therefore not be linked to your personal data. This personal data is stored for an indefinite period of time.
- “Slachtinfo” portal
The personal data in the portal is not kept for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your personal data is collected. Your personal data is stored for the duration of our relationship or agreement and then for the legal retention periods applicable to us.
